A signing ceremony to appoint the Issue Managers for the upcoming initial public offering of NRB Bank Limited was held yesterday.
The signing was held at NRB Bank Limited’s Head Office, Gulshan, Dhaka.
The Bank appointed UCB Investment Limited (UCBIL) and Shahjalal Equity Management Limited (SEML) as the Issue Managers and signed an agreement.
In presence of Mr. Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, Chairman, NRB Bank Limited, Mr. Mamoon Mahmood Shah, Managing Director & CEO of NRB Bank Limited, Mr. Tanzim Alamgir, Managing Director & CEO of UCB Investment Limited & Mr. Mohiuddin Mollah, Managing Director & CEO of Shahjalal Equity Management Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Vice-Chairmen of NRB Bank Limited, Mr. Tateyama Kabir & Mr. Mohammed Jamil Iqbal, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Shahjalal Bank Limited & Chief Advisor of Shahjalal Equity Management Limited Mr. Mohammed Younus, were present at the signing ceremony.
Other senior officials from concerned organizations were also present at the signing ceremony.
