The LankaBangla Foundation has handed over winter blankets to the Jashore unit of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society to help the helpless, destitute, and poor common people of the Jashore district.
The Lankabangla Foundation conducts this blanket distribution program every year as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
This year this program has been held in Jashore considering the needs of the distressed and winter-affected people.
The main objective of this program is to alleviate the suffering of the impoverished and winter-affected people of society.
Lankabangla Foundation’s blanket handed-over program was conducted at the Red Crescent’s Jashore unit.
Mr. Zahid Hasan Tukun, Secretary, Jashore Red Crescent Unit, and senior officials of Lankabangla were present during the distribution. ♦
