The lawsuit against Mr. Adam Tamizi Haque, Managing Director of Haque Group has been dismissed recently in the Dubai Court.
A legal notice has been issued on 25 May against British Citizen Mr. Williman by Barrister Mustafizur Rahman Khan from the Supreme court on Behalf of Adma Tamizi Haque stating that The online publication of Mr. Williman’s legal notice has made a detrimental effect on Mr. Adam Tamizi Haque’s reputation for this he has to arrange at least 2 publications in well-circuited newspapers apologizing for having made such false, frivolous vexatious claim within 2 weeks of Receipt of this legal notice.
Ignoring this advice can lead to initiate further action against the British Citizen for defamation.
On 28th January 2020, a British citizen served a legal notice against Mr. Tamazi Haque and asked for compensation of TK 42 crore for allegedly violating a contract of buying a house in Dubai.
On 4th February 2020, several online news were published regarding this matter. To defend all the allegations Mr. Tamizi Haque also filed a lawsuit against the British citizen in Dubai court.
Recently the case has been dismissed in breach of clause 11 of the Sale Purchase Agreement. In this judgment, all the allegations against Mr. Tamizi Haque were proved false.
Moreover, the court has ordered Mr. Williman to pay 9 lac taka (40000 Dirham) and return all the movable furniture worth 23 lacs taka (100,000 Dirham) to the Managing Director of Haque Group. ♦
