Toya’s ‘Beshamal’ to come this Eid

Actress Mumtaheena Chowdhury Toya has been away from shooting for a long time after her marriage. After a long hiatus she has once again embarked on the journey of light, camera and action.

She had been stuck at home for the past three or so months because of the coronavirus outbreak. After the lockdown more or less relaxed she has started working in the drama ‘Beshamal’. The story is written by Shafiqur Rahman Shantanu and is under the direction of Sardar Rokon.

Toya said, “The shooting was done in compliance with the health rules.”

Playwright Shafiqur Rahman Shantanu said, “At this time of coronavirus, we have tried to keep a safe distance and adhere to health rules. Its story is excellent. I hope everyone will like the drama.”

The story revolves around Nishad and Sohani who are a newlywed couple and their family of four months. They both are service holders. The two go out together in the morning and return together in the evening.

Suddenly one day an old man fell in front of their car. The old man is a grandfather from the village of Nishad. To their surprise him, he left without telling anyone.

They explained the responsibility of taking care of the grandfather to the caretaker of the house and left for the office. Returning from the office in the evening, the caretaker handed them a long sheet. One accident after another started.

Irfan Sajjad, Toya, Masum Bashar and many others are playing different roles in the drama.
