Free Fire, the world’s most downloaded mobile game in 2020 and 2019, is all ready to commemorate Ramadan with players in Bangladesh. Free Fire, which is developed and published globally by Garena, will hold its “Play it Forward” campaign till 16 May and invites players to spread the joy of sharing this Ramadan by encouraging them to send each other gifts.
Furthermore, players can participate in a host of in-game and online content to win exciting rewards and prizes, including permanent gun skin and iPhones. They can also look forward to plenty of localized content, including a music video and pair of short films – all of which builds on Garena’s strategy to deliver engaging experiences specially tailored for players in Bangladesh.
Free Fire’s “Play it Forward” campaign encourages players to spread kindness by sharing gifts in-game with their friends. To encourage acts of giving, players will unlock individual milestone rewards based on the number of gifts they share. The more gifts they share, the better rewards they will unlock!
This represents the concept of sharing and giving, one of the core values of Ramadan which Garena Free Fire looks to spread through the campaign. This is especially pertinent as it comes during a time where many are apart from their loved ones. By bringing the community together in Free Fire, players will have the opportunity to overcome physical distances – to create enjoyable moments and memories with one another.
During the campaign, players will receive Ramadan tokens by completing missions. These tokens can be exchanged in the special Ramadan Redemption store for awesome rewards, including the permanent M82B-Dragon Mob Gun Skin. The Redemption Store will open on 13 May.
In the run-up to Eid, players will receive rewards every day for a week just by logging into Free Fire. And by logging into the game on Eid (13 or 14 May), players will be able to add the Verdant Soul backpack to their collection.
The celebrations will last beyond Eid Day, players will be invited to take part in a series of post-Eid missions. Upon completion, players will get the chance to win in-game rewards like the permanent Jungle Excursion Surfboard, Weapon Royale Vouchers, and Graffiti Bun Box.

Making the celebration even more special, Free Fire will run a special Ramadan Giveaway campaign on its official social media pages exclusively for the Bangladeshi community. During this campaign, lucky gamers will stand a chance to win exclusive Free Fire merchandise and iPhones!
