Health Desk: Thirty-month-old Tamim, who tested positive for COVID-19, has made recovery.
He was taken at home yesterday after being discharged from Barguna General Hospital after long 10 days’ treatment.
The hospital’s isolation ward chief Dr Kamrul Azad said, “The toddler contracted the virus from its infected father and grandmother but surprisingly its mother did not catch the disease.”
“By grace of Allah and our allout efforts, Tamim recovered from the virus and returned home,” he added. ♦
